Peonies are a must for the home garden! Participants will learn about the three main types of peonies and how to choose and care for them. Ideas for combining them with other perennials in the garden along with resources for purchase will be provided.

6. Container Gardening

Container gardening has become a hot topic in recent years as more people live in smaller spaces. Gardening with containers also allows us to garden as we age, with less bending and kneeling. In this presentation, we'll talk about the advantages and disadvantages of different container types, container soils and their characteristics, water and fertilizing, and plants that are well-suited for containers.
